Troubleshooting

Fixes for the issues users actually hit. Work through the relevant section before contacting support.

The Bot is not Locking#

  1. Check color settings - the enemy color must be visible on screen and match the preset selected in the VECTIS interface.
  2. Monitor selection - multiple monitors? The bot may be watching the wrong screen. Update it in the SETTINGS menu.
  3. DPI scaling - Windows text scaling above 100% can misalign capture. VECTIS usually compensates, but set 100% in Windows Settings if problems persist.

Left Aiming Bias#

Cause: targets with asymmetrical nameplates or odd outline shapes pull the aim point sideways.

Fix: update to the latest version of VECTIS. Recent builds use a custom calculation that trims extreme edges and focuses on the target's center mass, eliminating the left-pulling bias.

Jittery Tracking at a Distance#

Cause: tiny distant targets flicker pixel-by-pixel, so the aim target jumps.

  1. Set a solid Deadzone (around 7 to 10).
  2. Set Smoothness to 0.45 or higher so it glides instead of ticking.
  3. Cap your in-game FPS at a stable number (like 144) for a steady capture rate.

Locking onto Healthbars#

Cause: healthbars and nameplates often share the exact color you are scanning for.

Fix: VECTIS includes built-in filters that ignore wide, flat elements like healthbars. If it still happens, push Shape Strictness slightly higher in the AIMBOT tab.

Overlay is Flickering or Black#

  • Make sure V Sync is completely disabled in your game settings.
  • Run VECTIS and the game in Borderless Windowed mode.
  • Other overlays (Discord, RivaTuner, Steam Overlay) can conflict - disable them all first, then re-enable one by one.

Performance Drops#

  • Frame lag while scanning? Drop Bot FPS in the SETTINGS tab to 60 or 90.
  • Lower your FOV Size - capturing a huge screen area costs significant processing.

Common Bugs#

Capture Error

Happens when your monitor resolution changes completely while the bot is running. Force close VECTIS and restart it.

Hotkey Conflict

If your panic key is also an important game key, rebind it in the HOTKEYS tab so you do not accidentally close the bot mid-fight.
